As a House Ambassador for Jays House Books LLC (Company), I understand and agree to the following:

I am 18 years of age or older.

I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company. I will not be treated as an employee of the company for any reason. If I become employed by the company in any capacity, I will forfeit my
ambassadorship.

I will promote events and products supplied by the company within 14 days of receipt or attendance across digital, social media, and/or in-person platforms where applicable. I will tag, mention and/or link the company in this content wherever applicable.

I grant Jays House Books LLC the right to reuse and reshare my images and videos as related to my ambassadorship for digital promotional marketing, even if I leave the ambassador program. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks unless discussed and approved ahead of time.

I will promote company products and events as related to my ambassadorship on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I understand that I will not receive any financial or other compensation for promotion through my social media network.

I will not share any confidential material or early access information prior to the company's public announcements without written approval. I will not share any promotion codes or discounts as are related to my ambassadorship with anyone else without written consent from Jays House Books LLC.

I will not resell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.

I will protect the company’s trademark and brand by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.

I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the ambassador program and forfeit any other future opportunities and promotional codes effective immediately. I understand that Jays House Books LLC reserves the right to terminate my ambassadorship at any time and without prior notice.

If I choose to leave the ambassador program, I must notify Jays House Books LLC at least 14 days prior to the expected ship date of an ambassadorship product. All promotional codes and discounts will be forfeit.

If Jays House Books LLC terminates the ambassador program, I understand that I am not entitled to any future free products, free access to events or promotional mailings.

I must be an active Ambassador to remain in the program. Active pertains to posting content for each supplied product and/or attended event as outlined in the parameters.

I agree that Jays House Books LLC reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

I agree to the privacy policy and I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website.

Jays House Books (Company) understands and agrees:

Company will provide the House Ambassador with a free Books & Treats Box subscription at no cost. Company will also supply limited edition book boxes and event tickets/access where applicable and at no cost to the Ambassador.

Company will credit, tag and/or link the ambassador and/or photographer for reused or reshared images, content and videos where applicable.

Company will not cancel any order submission or add promotional codes if an order was submitted without a House Ambassador promotion code.

Company may provide additional free product or compensation to Ambassadors at its’ discretion.

Company may discontinue the House Ambassador program at any time. If the Company terminates the program, the company must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice to all House Ambassadors prior to the termination date. 

This agreement is subject to acceptance by the Company and House Ambassador and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
